Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or anything you have!)
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey ?
  • 1 scoop @drinkorgain chocolate protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large jar with a tight lid and shake well

  2. Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours to allow the chia seeds to gelatinize and create a pudding like consistency

  3. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add in your toppings

  4. I love using fresh fruit ? and granola for some crunch

  5. Also feel free to add in another splash of milk if your pudding is too thick
