Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or anything you have!)
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey ?
- 1 scoop @drinkorgain chocolate protein powder
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a large jar with a tight lid and shake well
Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours to allow the chia seeds to gelatinize and create a pudding like consistency
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add in your toppings
I love using fresh fruit ? and granola for some crunch
Also feel free to add in another splash of milk if your pudding is too thick
