Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or any other)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large jar with a tight lid and shake well.

  2. Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours to allow the chia seeds to gelatinize and create a pudding-like consistency.

  3. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add in your toppings.

  4. Optionally, add a splash of milk if the pudding is too thick.
