Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or any other)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a large jar with a tight lid and shake well.
Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours to allow the chia seeds to gelatinize and create a pudding-like consistency.
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add in your toppings.
Optionally, add a splash of milk if the pudding is too thick.
