Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 15 grams chocolate protein powder
  • 22 grams chia seeds
  • 4 oz unsweetened cashew milk
  • 5 grams black cocoa

Preparation

  1. In a container, mason jar or shaker bottle, weigh out your protein powder, set back to zero and add dairy-free milk.

  2. Shake well.

  3. In a small bowl, weigh out chia seeds.

  4. Add the protein shake to it and stir well.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or for 3 hours so the chia seeds have time to expand.
