Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 15 grams chocolate protein powder
- 22 grams chia seeds
- 4 oz unsweetened cashew milk
- 5 grams black cocoa
Preparation
In a container, mason jar or shaker bottle, weigh out your protein powder, set back to zero and add dairy-free milk.
Shake well.
In a small bowl, weigh out chia seeds.
Add the protein shake to it and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight or for 3 hours so the chia seeds have time to expand.
