Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of diary-free milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
To make this chia seed pudding combine 4 Tbsp of chia seeds and 1 cup of diary-free milk in a bowl
Add 1 mashed banana to the pudding and whisk
Not only does the banana thicken it but to naturally sweeten it
Let the pudding set in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours
Whisk once more to avoid clumping and serve with your favorite toppings! This one is topped with fresh berries, coconut, mint and granola
