Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of diary-free milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. To make this chia seed pudding combine 4 Tbsp of chia seeds and 1 cup of diary-free milk in a bowl

  2. Add 1 mashed banana to the pudding and whisk

  3. Not only does the banana thicken it but to naturally sweeten it

  4. Let the pudding set in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours

  5. Whisk once more to avoid clumping and serve with your favorite toppings! This one is topped with fresh berries, coconut, mint and granola
