Zucchini Oats with Chia and Chocolate Boost

Ingredients

  • 35 grams dry oats
  • 113 grams riced zucchini
  • 30 ml skinny syrup
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 servings liquid egg whites
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 50 ml unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 6 grams black cocoa

Preparation

  1. Stir together oats, zucchini, syrup, and water, then microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. Add egg whites, chia seeds, cashew milk, and baking powder, then microwave for another 4 minutes.

  3. Stir and mix in black cocoa for a rich chocolate flavor.

  4. Store in the fridge overnight to thicken and allow chia seeds to absorb moisture.

  5. Reheat the next morning with a splash of cashew milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Top with cocoa butter for added decadence and flavor.
