Zucchini Oats with Chia and Chocolate Boost
Ingredients
- 35 grams dry oats
- 113 grams riced zucchini
- 30 ml skinny syrup
- 100 ml water
- 2 servings liquid egg whites
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 50 ml unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 6 grams black cocoa
Preparation
Stir together oats, zucchini, syrup, and water, then microwave for 4 minutes.
Add egg whites, chia seeds, cashew milk, and baking powder, then microwave for another 4 minutes.
Stir and mix in black cocoa for a rich chocolate flavor.
Store in the fridge overnight to thicken and allow chia seeds to absorb moisture.
Reheat the next morning with a splash of cashew milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Top with cocoa butter for added decadence and flavor.
