Easy Banana Oatmeal Breakfast with Optional Add-ins
Ingredients
- 60g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Cinnamon
- 1 mini banana
- Pinch of salt
- Water (amount to cover mix and achieve desired texture)
- Salted caramel protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients except protein powder into a pot.
Simmer on medium heat until thickened.
Add protein powder if using and mix it in.
Serve with peanut butter or nuts (or both) and some plant-based milk.
