Easy Banana Oatmeal Breakfast with Optional Add-ins

Ingredients

  • 60g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 mini banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water (amount to cover mix and achieve desired texture)
  • Salted caramel protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except protein powder into a pot.

  2. Simmer on medium heat until thickened.

  3. Add protein powder if using and mix it in.

  4. Serve with peanut butter or nuts (or both) and some plant-based milk.
