Pink Oatmeal with Toppings and Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1/2 very ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Beauty Blend from @unicornsuperfoods

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.

  2. Microwave on full effect for 3 minutes.

  3. Mix and let it sit for a minute.

  4. Top with the other half of the banana and other berries and chia jam.
