Blueberry & Passion Fruit Mochi Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 50g gluten-free oats
- 5g chia seeds
- 30g vanilla vegan protein
- 110ml water
- 240ml almond milk
Preparation
Mix the gluten-free oats, chia seeds, vanilla vegan protein, water, and almond milk in a saucepan the night before.
Cook the mixture in the saucepan until it becomes thick and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a small bowl that has been run under cold water to prevent sticking.
Add a spoonful of jam in the center of the mixture.
Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
Gently ease the edges of the pudding with a knife if needed.
Turn the bowl upside down onto a plate to release the pudding.
