Chai Spiced Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cardamom each
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Stir all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 3 minutes

  2. Stir and let rest for 1-2 minutes. If it’s is to thick add more almond milk, I like it thick

  3. Top with your favorite fruits or berries, enjoy
