Chai Spiced Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cardamom each
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Stir all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 3 minutes
Stir and let rest for 1-2 minutes. If it’s is to thick add more almond milk, I like it thick
Top with your favorite fruits or berries, enjoy
