Kiwi and Honey Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • kiwi slices
  • honey or agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt, then cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top with kiwi slices and honey (use agave for a vegan option).
