Pomegranate and Persimmon Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- persimmon
- pomegranate seeds
- cocoa powder
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in the cinnamon.
Top with persimmon stars, pomegranate seeds, and cocoa powder.
