Pomegranate and Persimmon Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • persimmon
  • pomegranate seeds
  • cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix in the cinnamon.

  3. Top with persimmon stars, pomegranate seeds, and cocoa powder.
