Apple, Peanuts, and Pomegranate Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • apple slices
  • roasted peanuts
  • pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with apple slices, roasted peanuts, and pomegranate seeds.
