Apple, Peanuts, and Pomegranate Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- apple slices
- roasted peanuts
- pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with apple slices, roasted peanuts, and pomegranate seeds.
