Warm Banana and Peanut Oatmeal with Seeds

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • roasted peanuts
  • chia seeds
  • seed butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Top the oatmeal with banana slices, roasted peanuts, chia seeds, and seed butter.
