Warm Banana and Peanut Oatmeal with Seeds
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- roasted peanuts
- chia seeds
- seed butter
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Top the oatmeal with banana slices, roasted peanuts, chia seeds, and seed butter.
