Dreamy Banana Oatmeal with Walnuts and Flaxseeds
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- chopped walnuts
- crushed flax seeds
Preparation
Cook 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Top with banana slices, chopped walnuts, and crushed flax seeds.
