Banana and Flaxseeds Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- chia seeds
- crushed flax seeds
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix the cooked oatmeal with cinnamon.
Top with banana slices arranged in a spiral, add chia seeds and crushed flax seeds.
