Banana and Flaxseeds Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • chia seeds
  • crushed flax seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with cinnamon.

  3. Top with banana slices arranged in a spiral, add chia seeds and crushed flax seeds.
