Banana Kiwi Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 10 g flaxseeds
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- kiwi slices
- smooth peanut butter
Preparation
Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g flaxseeds, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt.
Cook the mixture in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Top with banana slices, kiwi slices, and smooth peanut butter.
