Banana Kiwi Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseeds
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • kiwi slices
  • smooth peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g flaxseeds, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the mixture in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top with banana slices, kiwi slices, and smooth peanut butter.
