Almonds and Chocolate Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseeds
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • cinnamon
  • 80% dark chocolate
  • almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g flaxseeds, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt together.

  2. Cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix the cooked oatmeal with some cinnamon.

  4. Top with a lot of 80% dark chocolate and some almonds.
