Banana Almonds Chocolate and Almond Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseeds
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • almonds
  • chocolate
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix oats and flaxseeds with water or milk, salt, and cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with cinnamon.

  3. Top with banana slices, almonds, chocolate, and almond butter.
