Banana Chocolate and Almond Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10g flaxseeds
  • 250ml water or milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • chocolate
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, flaxseeds, water or milk, and salt together.

  2. Cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top with banana slices, chocolate, and almond butter.
