Warm Banana Oatmeal with Berries and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 10 g flaxseeds
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- blueberries
- fresh strawberries
Preparation
Prepare basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g flaxseeds, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1/2 mashed banana and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Top the mixture with additional banana slices, blueberries, and fresh strawberries.
