Warm Banana Oatmeal with Berries and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseeds
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • blueberries
  • fresh strawberries

Preparation

  1. Prepare basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g flaxseeds, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1/2 mashed banana and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Top the mixture with additional banana slices, blueberries, and fresh strawberries.
