Banana and Figs Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 mashed banana
- figs
- additional banana pieces
- fig jam
Preparation
Cook the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix the cooked oats with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and half a mashed banana.
Top the mixture with some figs, more banana pieces, and some fig jam.
