Double Fig and Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • bananas
  • figs
  • fig jam

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats with water or milk and salt.

  2. Cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix the cooked oats with cinnamon.

  4. Top with bananas, figs, and fig jam.
