Bounty and Banana Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g coconut
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • salted caramel coconut chips
  • 55% cocoa chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g coconut, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan.

  2. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mash 1/2 banana and mix it with the cooked oatmeal along with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top with sliced banana, salted caramel coconut chips, and 55% cocoa chocolate.
