Bounty and Banana Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 10 g coconut
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
Toppings
- banana slices
- salted caramel coconut chips
- 55% cocoa chocolate
Preparation
Combine 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 10 g coconut, 250 ml water or milk of choice, and a pinch of salt in a pan.
Cook until all liquid is absorbed.
Mash 1/2 banana and mix it with the cooked oatmeal along with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Top with sliced banana, salted caramel coconut chips, and 55% cocoa chocolate.
