Kiwi, Chocolate, and Grapefruit Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- kiwi cubes
- grapefruit slices
- blocks of chocolate
Preparation
Mix the oats, water or milk, and salt together and cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in the cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with kiwi cubes, grapefruit slices, and chocolate blocks.

Kiwi and grapefruit are rich in vitamin C and good for the immune system.
