Peach Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Mint

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • peach slices
  • mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, water or milk, salt, and 1/2 peach cut into small cubes in a pan.

  2. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix in the cinnamon.

  4. Top with additional peach slices and mint leaves for decoration or eating.

  5. Enjoy the dish.
