Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Jam Twist
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- apple slices
- jam (your favorite)
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed
Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Top with apple slices and jam
