Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Jam Twist

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • apple slices
  • jam (your favorite)

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  3. Top with apple slices and jam

  4. Enjoy your breakfast
