Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Dark Chocolate
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- block of dark chocolate
Preparation
Chop one apple into small cubes.
In a pan, combine 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 250 ml water or milk of choice, a pinch of salt, and the chopped apple.
Cook the mixture until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.
Top with fresh apple slices and a block of dark chocolate.
