Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • block of dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Chop one apple into small cubes.

  2. In a pan, combine 50 g whole grain rolled oats, 250 ml water or milk of choice, a pinch of salt, and the chopped apple.

  3. Cook the mixture until all liquid is absorbed.

  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  5. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.

  6. Top with fresh apple slices and a block of dark chocolate.
