Gingerbread Cookie Oatmeal with Kiwi and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • kiwi stars
  • a big gingerbread star cookie
  • a block of dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Prepare the basic oatmeal by cooking 50g whole grain rolled oats with 250ml water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oats with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with kiwi stars, a big gingerbread star cookie, and a block of dark chocolate.
