Gingerbread Cookie Oatmeal with Kiwi and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- kiwi stars
- a big gingerbread star cookie
- a block of dark chocolate
Preparation
Prepare the basic oatmeal by cooking 50g whole grain rolled oats with 250ml water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix the cooked oats with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with kiwi stars, a big gingerbread star cookie, and a block of dark chocolate.
