Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Chocolate Toppings

Ingredients

  • 50g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • raisins
  • coconut
  • dark chocolate blocks

Preparation

  1. Chop the apple into small cubes.

  2. In a pan, cook the rolled oats, water or milk, salt, and chopped apple until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix the cooked oatmeal with cinnamon.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  5. Top with additional apple cubes, raisins, coconut, and blocks of dark chocolate.
