Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • flaxseed flour

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk, salt, and chopped apple in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with additional apple cubes, flaxseed flour, and more cinnamon.
