Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- flaxseed flour
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk, salt, and chopped apple in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Transfer to a bowl and top with additional apple cubes, flaxseed flour, and more cinnamon.
