Banana Peanuts and Pomegranate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • banana
  • pomegranate
  • roasted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oats with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Top the mixture with banana, pomegranate, and roasted peanuts.
