Banana Peanuts and Seeds Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- banana slices
- roasted peanuts
- chia seeds
- seed butter
Preparation
Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan, and cook until all liquid is absorbed
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Top with banana slices, roasted peanuts, chia seeds, and seed butter
