Banana Peanuts and Seeds Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • roasted peanuts
  • chia seeds
  • seed butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan, and cook until all liquid is absorbed

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  3. Top with banana slices, roasted peanuts, chia seeds, and seed butter
