Chocolate Berry Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • bananas (for topping)
  • cherries
  • blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • dark chocolate blocks

Preparation

  1. Cook 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 mashed banana.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with bananas, cherries, blueberries, chia seeds, and blocks of dark chocolate.
