Banana Stars and Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • banana stars
  • dark chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats with water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook in the microwave until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mash half a banana and mix it with the cooked oatmeal along with cinnamon.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with banana stars and dark chocolate pieces.

Tips

  1. Healthy eating is a process and you can't ruin your progress in just a day. Balance is key.
