Banana Stars and Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Toppings
- banana stars
- dark chocolate pieces
Preparation
Mix the oats with water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt.
Cook in the microwave until all liquid is absorbed.
Mash half a banana and mix it with the cooked oatmeal along with cinnamon.
Transfer to a bowl and top with banana stars and dark chocolate pieces.
