Pear and Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 15 g salted caramel soy isolate

Toppings

  • juicy pear slices
  • dark chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, water or milk, and salt together and cook in the microwave until almost all the liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix in the salted caramel soy isolate.

  3. Top with pear slices and dark chocolate pieces.
