Double Fig and Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 15 g salted caramel soy isolate

Toppings

  • bananas
  • figs
  • fig jam

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook in the microwave until almost all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix in 15 g salted caramel soy isolate.

  4. Top with bananas, figs, and fig jam.
