Chocolate and Banana Ghosts Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50g whole grain rolled oats
- 250ml water or milk of choice
- pinch of salt
Add-ins
- 15g salted caramel soy isolate
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
Toppings
- banana ghosts
- raisins
- cinnamon
- chocolate blocks
Preparation
Mix the rolled oats with water or milk and a pinch of salt, then cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix in the salted caramel soy isolate and flaxseeds.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with banana ghosts, raisins, cinnamon, and chocolate blocks.
