Chocolate and Banana Ghosts Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt

Add-ins

  • 15g salted caramel soy isolate
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

Toppings

  • banana ghosts
  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • chocolate blocks

Preparation

  1. Mix the rolled oats with water or milk and a pinch of salt, then cook in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix in the salted caramel soy isolate and flaxseeds.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with banana ghosts, raisins, cinnamon, and chocolate blocks.

Notes

  1. This oatmeal is themed for Halloween and can be fun to prepare for breakfast.
