Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 15 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Toppings

  • some dark chocolate
  • yogurt
  • banana coins

Preparation

  1. Prepare the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt

  2. Cook in the microwave until all liquid is absorbed

  3. Mix the cooked oatmeal with 15 g chocolate protein powder and 1 teaspoon cacao powder

  4. Top with some dark chocolate, yogurt, and banana coins
