Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g mashed baked pumpkin

Toppings

  • Dark chocolate
  • Black sesame bars
  • Baked pumpkin pieces

Preparation

  1. Bake the pumpkin until soft, then mash half and set aside pieces for topping.

  2. Cook the rolled oats with water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix the cooked oats with cinnamon and the mashed pumpkin.

  4. Top with dark chocolate, black sesame bars, and the reserved baked pumpkin pieces.
