Chocolate Cherries and Coconut Oats

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10 g flaxseed
  • 300 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • raw coconut bar
  • fresh cherries

Preparation

  1. Mix together the oats, flaxseed, water or milk, and salt, then cook in the microwave until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oats with the cinnamon, cacao powder, and honey.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with the raw coconut bar and fresh cherries.
