Orange and Chocolate Oatmeal with Blue Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice of 1/4 orange
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • Orange slices
  • Chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, water or milk, and salt together.

  2. Cook in a pan with the juice of 1/4 orange until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  5. Top with orange slices and chocolate pieces.
