Chocolate Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Start by mashing 1/2 the banana in a microwave safe bowl
Add the cocoa powder and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Cook on high heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and let sit for 1 min. If it’s too think for your liking, add more almond milk
Top with the other half of the banana and other fresh berries
