Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Start by mashing 1/2 the banana in a microwave safe bowl

  2. Add the cocoa powder and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Cook on high heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and let sit for 1 min. If it’s too think for your liking, add more almond milk

  3. Top with the other half of the banana and other fresh berries

  4. Enjoy
