Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Banana slices
- Cacao nibs
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Prepare the basic oatmeal recipe by combining whole grain rolled oats, water or milk, and a pinch of salt in a pan. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed.
Mash half of a banana and add it to the cooked oatmeal.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.
Top the oatmeal with additional banana slices, cacao nibs, and a dollop of peanut butter.
