Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Banana slices
  • Cacao nibs
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Prepare the basic oatmeal recipe by combining whole grain rolled oats, water or milk, and a pinch of salt in a pan. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mash half of a banana and add it to the cooked oatmeal.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.

  5. Top the oatmeal with additional banana slices, cacao nibs, and a dollop of peanut butter.
