Banana, Chocolate & Walnuts Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Banana slices
  • Dark chocolate
  • Cacao nibs
  • Chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. In a pan, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water or milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the oat mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked to your desired consistency.

  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon for added flavor.

  4. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a serving bowl.

  5. Top the oatmeal with banana slices, pieces of dark chocolate, cacao nibs, and chopped walnuts.
