Peanut Butter & Jelly Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Blueberries
  • Jam
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a pan, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water/milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked through.

  3. Mash half a banana and mix it into the cooked oatmeal.

  4. Stir in the tablespoon of cinnamon for added flavor.

  5. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl.

  6. Top the oatmeal with a handful of blueberries.

  7. Add a dollop of your favorite jam on top of the blueberries.

  8. Drizzle a generous spoonful of peanut butter over the oatmeal.
