Berries & Yoghurt Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50g whole grain rolled oats
  • 10g flaxseed
  • 300ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Forest fruits yoghurt
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Prepare the basic oatmeal by combining whole grain rolled oats and flaxseed in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Add 300ml of water or milk of your choice and a pinch of salt to the oat mixture.

  3. Cook the oatmeal in the microwave until all the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Mix in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  5. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.

  6. Top the oatmeal with forest fruits yoghurt, blueberries, and raspberries.

  7. Enjoy the fresh and delicious berries and yoghurt oatmeal!
