Berries & Yoghurt Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 50g whole grain rolled oats
- 10g flaxseed
- 300ml water/milk of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Forest fruits yoghurt
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
Preparation
Prepare the basic oatmeal by combining whole grain rolled oats and flaxseed in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add 300ml of water or milk of your choice and a pinch of salt to the oat mixture.
Cook the oatmeal in the microwave until all the liquid is absorbed.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.
Top the oatmeal with forest fruits yoghurt, blueberries, and raspberries.
