Strawberry Banana Coconut Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water/milk of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh strawberries
- Ripe bananas
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Prepare the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g of whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml of water/milk of your choice and a pinch of salt.
Cook the oatmeal mixture in a pan until all the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well.
Transfer the oatmeal to a serving bowl.
Top the oatmeal with fresh strawberries and sliced ripe bananas.
Sprinkle additional shredded coconut over the top.
Garnish with cacao nibs for an extra touch of flavor and texture.
