Cocoa Banana Crunch Granola Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water/milk of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Banana slices
- Low sugar granola
- Alpro yogurt
- Bettr Snacks chocolate coconut chips
- Hazelnut granola
Preparation
Prepare the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g of whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml of water or milk of your choice and a pinch of salt. Cook the mixture in a pan until all the liquid is absorbed.
Once cooked, mix in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the oatmeal.
Top the cocoa oatmeal with banana slices.
Add a dollop of Alpro yogurt on top of the banana slices.
Sprinkle Bettr Snacks chocolate coconut chips over the yogurt.
Finish by adding a layer of hazelnut granola for crunch.
