Cocoa Banana Crunch Granola Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Banana slices
  • Low sugar granola
  • Alpro yogurt
  • Bettr Snacks chocolate coconut chips
  • Hazelnut granola

Preparation

  1. Prepare the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g of whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml of water or milk of your choice and a pinch of salt. Cook the mixture in a pan until all the liquid is absorbed.

  2. Once cooked, mix in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the oatmeal.

  3. Top the cocoa oatmeal with banana slices.

  4. Add a dollop of Alpro yogurt on top of the banana slices.

  5. Sprinkle Bettr Snacks chocolate coconut chips over the yogurt.

  6. Finish by adding a layer of hazelnut granola for crunch.

  7. Enjoy your delicious and crunchy granola oatmeal!
