Bounty & Banana Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Banana slices
  • @alpro yogurt (or any preferred brand)
  • @bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips
  • Almond choc chip granola

Preparation

  1. In a pan, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water or milk of your choice, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are creamy and cooked.

  3. Remove the cooked oatmeal from the heat and stir in the cocoa powder until well combined.

  4. Slice some bananas and set them aside.

  5. To assemble the oatmeal bowl, place the cocoa oatmeal in a serving bowl.

  6. Top the oatmeal with more banana slices and a generous dollop of @alpro yogurt.

  7. Sprinkle the @bettr_snacks salted caramel coconut chips and almond choc chip granola over the yogurt.
