Banana & Berry Chocolate Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g fine oats
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 300 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Banana slices
  • Raspberries
  • Wild strawberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the fine oats, chia seeds, water/milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Mix well and microwave the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove it from the microwave and stir in the teaspoon of cinnamon.

  4. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a serving bowl.

  5. Arrange banana slices, raspberries, wild strawberries, and chia seeds on top of the oatmeal.

  6. Break or chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle them over the fruit and oatmeal.
