Ingredients

  • 15 g salted caramel soy protein powder
  • Dark chocolate (to taste)
  • Chia seeds (to taste)
  • Banana coins (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water or milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Microwave the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed and the oats are cooked. This usually takes a few minutes, depending on your microwave's power.
